These costs are included in your ideabox home purchase and are covered directly through your agreement with us:

Covers the design, engineering, and build cost of your home. These are the base prices listed on our website.

Transport: ~3%

The cost to securely move your ideabox from the factory to your site. Costs will be included in your purchase agreement, and vary depending on distance and accessibility.

General Contractor Costs

These costs are outside of the ideabox purchase and will be handled by your local contractor:

Site Work: ~30%

Includes permits, foundation preparation, utility connections, and post-delivery site work. These costs vary based on location and complexity. We provide a scope of work so your contractor can generate an accurate estimate.

Installation: ~4%

Covers moving your home from the truck to its foundation and connecting the final structure. Costs can be higher depending on site-specific needs, such as cranes or special equipment.
