No, we will be able to provide an estimated shipping quote once we know the final site of the home.
Sales tax is applied to the state where the home is being located. If you are in Oregon, no sales tax applies.
ideabox will do a Google Earth search to evaluate the approach and delivery to your site. We will source a qualified site visit for you if you have concerns about delivery. $750
Homes do not necessarily need a crane. A roller system can be used on a flat site where there is room to bring the truck next to the foundation. If a crane is needed, there will be an added expense charged by the installer.
The current timeline is about 8 months but can vary due to state approvals, contractors, etc.
