Model Overview

A number of years ago, we were presented with a Napa Valley site with 270-degree views. The element was born! All the public rooms are gathered on one end of the house offering the opportunity to use soaring glass to take in all of the views!

The design features a multi-use entry that leads you to a living room filled with large windows and sliding glass doors that wrap around to the dining room with its own large sliding glass door and window that continues the 270-degree experience, wrapping around to the large kitchen with its own large window.

On the opposite side of the house are two bedrooms separated by two sound insulated walls.

Whether on the Pacific coast or in the hills of Jackson Hole, Element delivers a sustainable modular home design that’s modern, elegant, and rooted in place.
